For enquiries, subscribing, asking questions about particular items or even unsubscribing, you can use the Information Request Form - it has a drop-down option so you can choose which area your query relates to.

Payments

We accept a number of payment options: Paypal if you wish to use credit card, or if you prefer another option, we accept direct bank transfers, and money orders. If you wish to purchase via bank transfer or money order, please request it via the contact page rather than using the paypal shopping cart option. An invoice with a picture of your Joolz will be emailed to you with payment details. Your Joolz will be posted once your payment has cleared.

We guarantee that if you are unhappy with your Joolz for any reason, simply return them within 7 days in the original packaging to receive a prompt & courteous full refund.

International Payments

International payments can only be made via Paypal. Paypal automatically calculates for you the amount owed in your currency when paying. To receive an invoice, please request one via the Information Request Form. Or you can use the Paypal shopping cart option. You will find paypal shopping cart buttons are allocated to all Joolz items except those sold out. PLEASE NOTE: Western Union & other money transfer services are not accepted.

Postage

Your Joolz will be placed in an organza bag, and posted to you using Australia Post satchels. You will be given the option of a parcel post satchel, or an express post satchel. The postage costs to any address within Australia are:

• Up to 500g Parcel Post Satchel $5.20 (no registration included)
• Up to 500g Express Post Satchel $7.30 (this includes a registration number for your peace of mind)

Please note that if you don't choose the registration option, there is no coverage if your joolz are lost in the mail.

If you spend over $100 on Joolz your postage is free! (Australian shoppers only)

International Postage

Joolz can be posted all over the world. The minimum postage costs to many destinations are listed below (Please note where there is an option for Sea Mail: it can take 3 months to deliver)

• Asia - up to 250g: Airmail AU$7.50
• Canada/United States - up to 250g: Airmail AU$8.50, Sea Mail AU$6.15
• New Zealand - up to 250g: Airmail AU$6.40
• Africa/Europe - up to 250g: Airmail AU$10.00, Sea Mail AU$6.15
